About us

Mobilekini is the mobile application of Malaysiakini, which currently runs on Android and Iphone operating systems. It made its first appearance on the J2ME platform in 2007.

Mobilekini Content Delivery Framework and the iOS version was built by Murasu Systems Sdn Bhd.

The first iOS version was launched in 2009. It is currently available for both iPad and iPhone for $1.99USD.

The Android version was developed by the Malaysiakini tech team and launched in January 2011. It is currently free.
